Appeal to the governments of democratic countries, to international human rights organizations, to communities of journalist

The fact that Kazakhstan is a nonlegal, undemocratic, nonsocial, a totalitarian state you can to see even by Constitution and by other legal documents on the Internet.
On the political assassinations, arbitrary incarcerations, the persecution of dissidents, of heads of NGOs, journalists, members of their families, seizure of business, the holding of the people in fear, of the country's lack of freedom of speech, elections, conscience, human citizens to protect, of right to hold peaceful demonstrations, and implementation of other civil and political rights is known far outside Kazakhstan.
The current leaders of Kazakh opposition A.Kazhegeldin, M. Ablyazov, R. Aliyev were forced to leave their homeland and now they living in the UK, Austria and other European countries.
On the hostile relations between the absolute sole owner of Kazakhstan by Nursultan Nazarbayev and the progressive businessman, ex-minister, the only constant sponsor of Kazakh opposition Mukhtar Ablyazov known since January 2002, with the founding congress of the long-suffering opposition parties DVK - Democratic Choice of Kazakhstan.
Unfortunately, 13 August 2009 the High Court of England at the suit of the current leader of Joint stock company "BTA Bank" (in reality, the suit of dictator of Kazakhstan) against the former Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank M.Ablyazov and his of assistants R.Solodchenko, J.Zharimbetov published a court order to freeze all assets belonging to these individuals, as well as three British and one company, registered in the UK.
Apparently, members of the highest court in the country with centuries-old democratic traditions did not knew the political landscape in this oil, eastern country and non-legal causes, the true motives of the aforementioned lawsuit.
For example, in the case "of query
of the extradition of a citizen of Kazakhstan Rahat Aliyev", the Austrian justice not passed on a leash of mediators of illegitimate government of Kazakhstan and was at altitude.
I have no intention of negative impact on judicial decision-making, but I think, that this act of the High Court of England have not is complete, objective, independent, impartial, comprehensive and fair, and will play in favor of strengthening the oppressive regime of Kazakhstan. This decision undoubtedly be subject to review, otherwise we expect of a new round of reprisals by the autocrat of Kazakhstan and its mercenaries.
I request the governments of democratic countries, international human rights organizations, journalists' community to assist to me in bringing this treatment to the leadership of the High Court of England.
With respect and hope Ablyazik Kazhik-Raha.
Republic of Kazakhstan. The city of Almaty.
